Hey I’m Coach Liz!
I grew up as the kid who always loved to move - gym class, recess, every sport I could get my hands on, I was always moving! In high school, I fell into the trap many teenage girls do, with a terrible relationship with food, body image, and low self-esteem. I still remember the day I decided that I didn’t want to look weak anymore and chose to start lifting. I began lifting and fell in love with the feeling of being strong.
My fitness career started in 2017 at the front desk of my college gym scanning people in. From that desk job, I started a women’s boot camp that created a movement of strong women on my college campus. That led to coaching at multiple gyms, personal training, and speaking events with ministries like Athlete’s Intervarsity and the Girls Gains Club. After college, I have freelanced with several fitness companies, worked for fitness icons like Hannah Eden Fitness, large corporations like Equinox, and boutique gyms like Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, and found my home for in person training at Life Time in Bridgewater, NJ.
God has used the gym for so much spiritual and physical growth in my life. I healed my relationship with my body and food, met my husband and my best friends, started Bible studies, and discovered my God-given purpose and joy. Now I train with clients in person and on line. I focus on women’s health and have the privilege of working with pregnant and postpartum mothers. I have made fitness a place for worship through movement and evangelism, in person and online.
My vast experience, professional certifications, and lots and lots of prayer has given me the confidence, experience, and passion to help others live a spiritually and physically fit life!

My Fitness Journey
Grew up a total tomboy who loved sports, gym class, and recess. I practiced my vocab words on a skateboard, and embraced being a little different. That backwards hat wearing girl radiated confidence!
In high school, I decided it was time to stop being weak and learn as much as I could about fitness to improve my relationship with food and body image. I spent my study halls in the weight room!
Liz Fit Bootcamp was started in college, where I spent all four years working at my college's gym and developing the group fitness program. We had so much fun starting a revolution of strong women on campus!
During my senior year of college, I felt God's calling to serve Him by encouraging and strengthening other believers. I began started fitness Bible studies and volunteering for various ministries alongside fitness.
Post college I spent several years working for various fitness brands and learning a variety of training styles, the greatest being from Hannah from the HEF Tribe. I owe much of my training knowledge to her! She was my OG coach and am so grateful to partner with her to this day!
In 2023, I married my gym crush and prayer partner and it was the best day ever!
After getting married and moving to New Jersey. I made fitness my full time as a personal trainer and group instructor who dabbles in some marketing too!
I knew I wanted to reach others beyond just personal training in gyms so I began Radiant movement to help other Christians live a spiritually and physically healthy life for the glory of God!
Movement is amazing and fun and a way we can say thank you to the Lord for these beautiful bodies!

The Foundation
“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.
Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.
In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.”
