EMBER
The Early Postpartum Healing Program
Created to help you heal and prepare to get back to exercise safely
Starting with breath work and light stretching for the early days in postpartum
Gradually building up with core and pelvic floor activation and body weight movements for the 6-8 week medical clearance
Walking protocol included for the first 6 weeks of postpartum
*There is no set timeline to your postpartum recovery, depending on your pregnancy, labor, and birth experience, you may be able to start EMBER days after birth or weeks. Regardless of when you start Ember, it is designed to safely prepare your body for exercise again. We do not believe in the “do nothing for 6-8 weeks, then do anything you want once your are medically cleared” approach.
